A Questionable Morning


A sampling of questions from my kids this morning:

Mom, can I turn on your light?

Mom, can you french braid my hair?

Mom, can you help me re-cut these?

Mom, what is the password?

Mom, can you make french toast?

Mom, did dad sign this?

Mom, can you help me study my vocabulary words?

Mom, have you heard this joke?

Mom, where's my glasses?

Mom, where's my homework?

Mom where's my..(fill in the blank)...?

Mom, can I have some more?

Mom, what are we doing after school?

Mom, can we go to the library after school?

Mom, what kind of sandwich is in here?

Mom! Did you hear what Jed said!?

Mom, can you tie this?

Mom, will you pick us up after school?

Mom, will you carry my backpack?

Mom, can I cross the street?

Mom, can I have my backpack back now?

Sounds eerily familiar to me. . . Funny, though, when it's someone else's life!!!

Yes, I can relate as well. Except, half of them would start with, "Honey...." instead of "mom, ".

well i would ask someone else but i, jed, henry, and jack can't french braid as well as you!! (let alone french braid) ;) well i'll try and keep it to a minimum :)
