Baptism

Yesterday Henry was baptized.

It was a rainy, rainy Saturday in California which made it all the more cozy in the Stake Center for the afternoon. The rain also caused the soccer tournament that Harriet's team was supposed to play in today to be cancelled, which made the day and its focus on Henry much simpler. We were so happy and grateful for the friends and family that made the trip in the rain.
(rain is a big, big deal here in OC, especially the downpours we had yesterday)

Congratulations Henry! How fun that your SLC grandparents got to come :) And it sounds like OC got “baptised” that day too. Glad it was such a special day. And special yummy dessert, too. I still remember my make-your-own-sundaes that we had after my baptism!
