Here are a couple of things bringing a smile to my face this Friday morning.
First off, in light of the surprising news this morning, a joke:
When I told the twins that President Obama had won the Nobel Prize for Peace Harriet immediately offered up this joke:
Q: Why did the scientist disconnect his doorbell?
A: Because he wanted to win the no-bell prize!
and, if that didn't make you smile, this just might;
in fact, it had me audibly giggling this morning as I read it while still lying in bed.
It's just a link to a blog I read, someone I don't know and she doesn't know me, but I've been reading her blog for a year or so now, first introduced to her story by Sue. Just some funny pet costume pics believe it or not, but, hey, I'm obviously easily entertained early in the morning.

But I got hooked on her blog, reading the saga of her past regrets and now it's almost 1am. Guess who'd not gonna be laughing in the morning!
