"Hall"iday Weekend

Two weeks ago we were able to spend 5 days with the Halls on their loooong stopover from Australia to Provo. 

Halls, It's amazing to me that you have already been living in Australia for well over a year now. It was great to see you and spend time catching up, and to see the kids interacting with their cousins. As usual, it was like we'd all never been apart, easy to just fall back into the routine of hanging out with each other.  The only real changes are how grown up Taylor is!  Not a baby anymore, he's a little man.  Next time around, he'll be talking up a storm (in an Australian accent, no less!).

The Halls arrived from down under on Friday (after standing at the check-in counter next to, and sharing a flight with Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban and baby Sunday Rose!) and stayed through Tuesday.  We of course packed as much time together as possible into those days. It really was awesome to see the kids play and interact and just getting along so wonderfully. 

I've posted two albums of photos - the first album is from Sunday when we enjoyed a delicious  waffle and pancake brunch at Sue's house after church, then headed to Laguna for our family photo shoot.  I don't yet have any of the "professional" pictures, these are all just out takes.

Disneyland and other family fun

Hall family we hope you made it home safe and sound today, and that it is not too difficult getting back into the routine. We miss you guys but love the opportunities you are having (as well as the travel opportunities our families are having to visit you!).  We are already looking forward to your next visit, whether this summer or next.  And next year its you and me Sue (and CD!) coming for a visit - I'm already researching all the places I want to visit.
