Santa Fe & Albuquerque (or, part two)



The service at the National Cemetery is the last of the memorial services, and so we have time to explore a bit of Santa Fe before we are due back in Albuquerque for a family bbq at Normie's home. We drive and park near the center of downtown Santa Fe in the middle of galleries, shops, markets and some cool sightseeing opportunites,

Final activity of the evening is the highly
anticipated Swimming in the Hotel's Indoor Pool,
and goes right up until bedtime

and I didn't even get in the water)

Our rental cars seated 10 between the two of them.
Remember, there are 12 of us.

Saturday afternoon with the hours we have left before our flight leaves
we head downtown to Old Town Albuquerque so the girls can do some
highly anticipated shopping, and those of us who are interested can go to the












Our last stop is on the way to the airport,
for lunch at that Albuquerque institution,




then its time to load up our Dodge Charger and Chrysler 300

race back to the airport to catch our flights

and head home.
