Fairy Tale

A couple of posts ago I told you how I won a giveaway on my friend Jen Reed's blog.  Well, the goods have arrived and as promised are absolutely lovely, whimsical and one of a kind.  In case you didn't take the opportunity then to click on over to her blog and see what my winnings were, I've posted some pictures below with the help of the most lovely Harriet:

Jen specializes in these birthday crowns.
They are all completely original and made with the utmost attention to detail.
They are made to honor the birthday girl and make her feel like a queen.

Jen is also big into Fairy parties, and the theme of my winning giveaway
was all about Fairies. My crown is aptly labeled as such.  I love it!

Also included was this lovely flower-embellished tutu,
and these matching fairy wings, perfect for turning any little
girl into a magical fairy.
And even though these are a bit small for anyone in my immediate family
(and believe me Jed tried) we have a lovely newborn niece that I know
these will be just perfect for someday.  Clara the Fairy Princess!
(those wings are beautifully hand-glittered - amazing detail!)

Also included in the goods were these "bottled fairies" - having been captured
and happily kept in these lovingly adorned Mason and jelly jars.
Harriet was absolutely taken with these and now they sit on a shelf in her
bedroom next to the Fairy Queen birthday crown.  Also included in the
treasure trove was a baggie of sweets that my boys were most pleased with!

Crown up close - I love that the golden bird has a music note party hat!

So again I say "Thank you!" to Jen for bringing a touch of magic into our house!

(Check out Jen's blog and see why she has three of the luckiest daughters alive!)
